The Deployant Clasp
A deployant clasp doesn't open - it unfolds. Two hinged plates that fold flat against the strap,
lock in one motion, and release with a press. No pin. No threading. No asymmetric wear on the
leather from repeated buckling in the same hole.
TheHive clasp is adjustable across multiple positions. Tighter in summer when heat expands the
wrist. Looser over a sleeve. The fit changes - the clasp holds either way, flush and secure.
Closed, it disappears. The underside of the wrist shows nothing but black rubber and a clean
fold. No protruding hardware. No bulk.
