These General Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the website panomwatches.com, published by Panom Sàrl, and set out the rights and obligations of Panom and its customers.

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered for sale are watches of the Panom brand.

The essential characteristics (photos, descriptions, materials) are presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Slight differences may exist between the visuals and the final product due to manufacturing processes.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Luxembourg once payment has been received in full.

Delivery times are communicated at the time of order and may vary depending on production and logistics.

In the event of an exceptional delay, Panom will inform the customer by email.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT).

Shipping costs are added to the displayed price and specified before the order is confirmed.

An order becomes final after full payment of the price.

Accepted payment methods: bank card, PayPal, Shopify Payments.

A confirmation email is sent after each order.

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

This period applies from the actual receipt of the watch, not from the order date.

The returned product must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Every return is taken care of by PANOM.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.

All our watches are covered by a 5-year PANOM warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Panom cannot be held liable for delays or failures to deliver due to force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.).

All Panom creations (designs, visuals, logo, texts, photos) are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

These GTC are governed by Luxembourg law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing that, the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
